BAT is recruiting for an IT Infrastructure Analyst.
The candidate must have a relevant first degree and will provide full Infrastructure/network support including but not limited to the provision of 1st and 2nd level support, WAN and LAN monitoring and KPI reporting.

The IT Infrastructure Analyst role is in place to provide a range of IT services, these services will include 1st and 2nd level infrastructure & network support; engage with business users to deliver appropriate IT solutions in line with IT, area and global objectives.

Also, this role will be required to interface with the business in a bid to provide fit to use infrastructure support. This role is positioned to succeed the SLM should the need arise.

Key Responsibilities

Must have worked in an IT Support role within or outside BAT
Must be knowledgeable about IT infrastructure and the underlining principles of a functional network.
People Management and effective Communications Skills
Project and Resource Management Skills
Analytical problem solving skills
Minimum of 3 years experience
