An opportunity exists for a Freight Controller who will be fully accountable for the
coordinating internal reconciliation and communicating externally with clients owing the company money.

Functions will include:

¡Ãµ Receive information weekly from NGAFINREP, analyze and reconcile per account

3. Keep records on longstanding invoices, per client; communication with clients ¨C feedback received ¨C actions agreed

General Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for general overseeing of people and processes on the mining and processing site. You will ensure that all projects and contracts are managed in the most effective manner and within time constraints.

You will liaise with our clients and partners in order to maintain our already established relationships. You should be commercially-savvy and skilled in finding new markets and negotiating with clients in order to increase the firm’s future revenues and overall financial expectations.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates should possess a degree in any of Geology, Metallurgy & Materials, Mechanical or Production Engineering.

You must have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, of which 5 should be in a leadership capacity. Mining & minerals processing experience is a must. A working knowledge of the local language will be of advantage.

Materials Manager

Working on a major mining project, the Materials Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure all objectives are met and completed on time and within budget. You will develop procedures for the management of materials for site and carry out inspections as required. Additionally, you will be involved in the storage, security and issuing of materials as required.

In order to be successful in this position you will have previous experience in a similar role. Ideally with a qualification in Mining, Metallurgy, Materials or Process Engineering, you will have all the technical knowledge of materials handling.

You will also have experience in the mining industry, especially for lead, zinc, and/or copper ores etc. As you will be required to manage certain aspects of various projects, you will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. A working knowledge of the local language will be of advantage.

Accounts Receivable Support(6 months contract)

The role will provide accounts receivable support in the pre and after sales process, liasing with both the sales team and Microsoft customers to ensure customers,partners and Microsoft sales staff are informed about credit options available in the pre-sales process; that Microsoft has the right details for billing customers and that Microsoft disputes are solved timely while customers pay according to payment terms.

The secondary function to this role will be to focus on credit issues and provide support for Microsoft West,East and Central Africa. Candidates must have 5 years work experience in credit and collections.

Must have Accounting or Social Science degree,experienced in customer-facing environment and fully computer literate in Ms Excel,Ms Office.

Experience with NOTAP and WHT preferred
